Being a first patient the doctor and the entire staff made feel welcomed and comfortable. I was given a lot of information about my condition. The doctor understood my needs and explained step by step his plan to make me feel better. He gave me hope that it's going to be okay. The care was amazing.

I highly recommend the ISPM Center. From the moment you walk through the door, you are interacting with courteous, caring people. Easy to make an appointment (they reached out to me after primary care doctor submitted a referral). I was not kept waiting at the office visit. Doctor asked pertinent questions and answered my questions.

I've been with Dr. Desai for more than 25 years. I have followed him with every office move. His team is
