Dr. Thakral was able to diagnose correctly a months-long pain issue I was having that had baffled my PCP and an orthopedist. He listens to his patients, he is comforting and hopeful for your full recovery, and he treats patients with respect and care. I have great faith in Dr. Thakral.

Great experience. I felt heard and understood by Dr. Thakral. He explained everything to me very clearly, made the steps I need to take feel doable, and the staff members who checked me in were so friendly and helpful. On top of all of that everything was super efficient.

An amazing doctor, not only did Dr. Kapteyn take the “actual” time to fully listen to my diagnosis, but educated me on a few new things I could do to help me with my chronic illness pain. I am so grateful I crossed paths with this Doctor, which will show you genuine empathy; very educated in internal medicine. Thank you Dr. Kapteyn, definitely earned my trust & will be an ongoing patient.

I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Kapteyn! He listens well; answers questions patiently and to be understood rather than to impress; and obviously knows his stuff! I went in with a deep middle back pain. Thanks to Dr. Kapteyn, pain all gone!

Dr listened to what I needed to get rid of my shoulder pain so I could get off pain medication and also solve that possible complecation. I will rate the doctor after pain injections. But he does listen and that is most important to me. Joseph Pawlicki

Minimum wait time; excellent interaction with staff and doctors all of whom listened, took notes and provided feedback, suggestions and recommendations for care and trteatment in the present and potential needs in ther future.

Dr. Thakral is a young professional specialist who knows his craft completely. He has a plethora of experience, treatments, procedures and experiences that make him my number one choice for my care and my recommendations to others. I wish I had found him sooner.

I've seen Dr Desai for many years, and he's calm and reassuring, even when describing severe problems. I trust his advice. He and his staff are very helpful and prompt to respond to questions and requests.

Relieved my mother’s pain and talked us through everything. First doctor we’ve come across who actually listened and did not dismiss us. Would recommend him in a heartbeat to any one!! One in a million.

The doc and his staff were wonderful. I enjoyed talking with them and he asked the right questions. Just a pleasure as I was not the best patient. The facility was terrible and seemed to be 409 years old. Don’t forget to bring your credit card because you will pay $7/day to park. I think the place should pay me to come to disaster of a buildings. Don’t blame the doctor for that as was really good.
